Food Science Technology & Processing has a variety of applied science fields such as Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry and other physical sciences those are relevant to the study of food.

Food Science Technology & Processing students study not only the science and technology related to food but also methods of preservation and storage of different food types while ensuring food safety and quality.

Amity Food Science Technology & Processing programs have been designed to provide students with practical training combining comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge within the fields of Food Technology, Food Chemistry and Analysis, Food Quality, Food Manufacturing, Processing, Preservation and Packaging among others.
