MTech Blockchain is a 2-year postgraduate course which is divided into four semesters. Blockchain is a system of recording information in a way that makes it difficult or impossible to change, hack, or cheat the system.A blockchain is essentially a digital ledger of transactions that is duplicated and distributed across the entire network of computer systems on the blockchain. Each block in the chain contains a number of transactions, and every time a new transaction occurs on the blockchain, a record of that transaction is added to every participant’s ledger. The decentralised database managed by multiple participants is known as Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).

This program under the School of Engineering & Applied Sciences offers flexible and modular options of Minors, Honors, Dept and open Electives, Audit courses, two Internships of 8 and 16 Weeks, One Year Internship option in the last year, opportunities to participate in Competitions, Hackathons, Clubs, and Societies, and Project-Based Experiential Learning.From Smart City to Automation Industry to BFSI or Fintech, Data Scientists play a crucial role in driving it. Bennett University has engaged the CEOs and CXOs of Microsoft, Google, TCS, and other researchers to develop the curriculum design of this specialization. Courses on Structural Equation Modelling, Mobile & IoT Analytics, Data Visualization, Big Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence, Satellite Data Analytics are offered as a part of Specialized Electives.
