MTech Blockchain is a 2-year postgraduate course which is divided into four semesters. Blockchain is a system of recording information in a way that makes it difficult or impossible to change, hack, or cheat the system.A blockchain is essentially a digital ledger of transactions that is duplicated and distributed across the entire network of computer systems on the blockchain. Each block in the chain contains a number of transactions, and every time a new transaction occurs on the blockchain, a record of that transaction is added to every participant’s ledger. The decentralised database managed by multiple participants is known as Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).

At Bennett University, the CEOs and CXOs of the Data Security Council of India (DSCI), QoS Technologies, IBM, and other researchers have contributed to the curriculum design of this specialization. BTech Biotechnology program encompasses courses from basic sciences, humanities & social sciences, entrepreneurship, engineering, bioinformatics, and core biotechnology with teaching-learning through research-enabled project-based learning.This specialization will provide an overview of the current status and global markets of various green bio-products. The course will cover fundamentals and advanced knowledge of commercially successful green products ranging from enzymes and biocatalysts, biofuels, biobased platform chemicals, among others. The subjects covered in this specialization are Enzyme Technology, Green Chemicals & Sustainable Products, and Biofuels & Biorefinery.
