The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) strives for excellence in teaching, research and professional services to the industry so as to achieve eminence in selected niche areas viz. BTech (Bachelor of Technology) in Agriculture Engineering college in Paralakhemundi, Odisha aims to prepare industry ready professionals who are prepared to provide engineering solutions to crop production problems in agriculture. Master of Science in Horticulture is a postgraduate Agriculture Science and Technology course. Horticulture is the science, art, technology and business that involved in intensive plant cultivation for human use. The duration of M.Sc. in Horticulture is mostly two academic years but it varies from institute to institute. Horticulture is concerned it is the science of plant cultivation including the process of preparing the soil for the planting of seeds, tubers and cuttings. Horticulturists work and conduct research in the disciplines of plant propagation and cultivation, crop production, plant breeding and genetic engineering, plant biochemistry, and plant physiology. The Central Agricultural University is providing in two years. The minimum time to complete the course is two years. The course is divided into four semesters.

Mining engineering is the discipline of engineering which includes extraction, production, identification, and handling of valuable minerals from a naturally occurring environment. The program is intended to encourage candidates to cross conventional modules of mining building and look for work opportunities.
