Bioinformatics is a scientific discipline that deals with the retrieval, storage, processing, analysis, and management of biological information through computational techniques. It uses mathematics, biology, and information technology to understand the biological importance of an extensive variety of data. Bioinformatics technologies are used in various pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. It is majorly used in the medical sector, driven by the increasing use of bioinformatics for the drug discovery and development process. 

MBA Logistics and supply chain management is a 2-years course that teaches students the analytical skills and management strategies required for the transportation of goods and services through proper use of inventory, customer service, warehouse, storage. 

Master of Business Administration or MBA in Human Resource Management is a 2-year post graduate program and is open to individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in any stream. This course is common to all the students. This course also includes Allied Subjects such as Management, Ethics & Teaching Technology. The candidate has to study 5 Cases for presentation at the time of practical examination.

This course includes the study of any one Specialty selected from above & an independent research project/ dissertation, preferably based on the Specialty.

The curriculum is designed in such a way that, it includes Ayurvedic as well as contemporary knowledge of medicine.

A Dravyaguna expert can get jobs in several fields like government and private sector, academic (Ayurveda pharmaceutical colleges and companies), research oriented jobs as a Research officer in CCRAS, AYUSH department, pharmaceutical industries (Ayurveda as well as herbal unit), clinical research units. As Dravyaguna subject covers detailed study of medicinal plants, like identification, adulteration, substitution, agro technical aspects. It enables the physician to practice efficiently as compared to the practitioners of other specialties.
