This department comprises of three subjects Agadtantra i.e. Toxicology, Vyavhar Ayurved i.e. Forensic Medicine & Vidhivaidyak i.e. Medical Jurisprudence. Agadtantra deals with detail study of poisons, whereas Vyavhar Ayurved & Vidhivaidyak deals with medical aspect of law & legal aspect of medicine respectively.

Objectives :

• It gives complete knowledge of various kinds of toxicities & legal procedures.
• Forensic Medicine & Medical Jurisprudence is a challenging area of medical specialization which comprises of law & medicine.
• It is concerned with a broad range of medical, legal, and ethical issues, as well as human rights and rights of individual.
• The knowledge of this subject is very useful in medical practice as well as to the society.
• Scattered references of Agadtantra & Vidhivaidyak are there in ancient texts which need to be studied with modern perspective.
• Through postgraduation various researches can be carried out. For eg. efficacy of anti-poisonous drugs mentioned in ancient texts in cases of poisoning, prevention of toxicities, detoxification of poisons & their use as a medicine.

B.Tech in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering is a multi-disciplinary course and has an illustrious history of excellence. It primarily focuses on the industrial applications of sensing of physical parameters, monitoring, and control, automation, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), This program provides a diverse range of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the context of design experience for solving problems in real life and industrial applications.

Master of Business Administration or MBA in Human Resource Management is a 2-year post graduate program and is open to individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in any stream. MBA in HR is perfect for individuals with good communication skills and an ability to envision a larger picture for an organization. At present, skilled HR Professionals are required in all public and private sector organizations.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is a 3 year professional undergraduate business management course that imparts managerial and entrepreneurial skills to students from all backgrounds like Science, Arts, and Commerce. BBA courses are available in various specializations such as Finance, Marketing and HR Management.

This is a postgraduate program of 3 years duration recognised by the Medical Council of India. It involves rotational postings in the Departments of Anatomy , Orthopaedics and Radiology.

The Department is equipped with a state of art Dissection Hall, Histology Laboratory, and a Departmental Research Laboratory. The Anatomy Museum has an extensive and varied collection with various sections pertaining to Comparative Anatomy, Radiology, Embryology, Neuroanatomy and Gross Anatomy. The student gains proficiency in Dissection, Histological techniques, Histology, Embryology , Osteology, Radiological and Cross Sectional Anatomy under the supervision of experienced teachers.

The student is trained extensively in Pedagogical skills by being actively involved in teaching undergraduate students under supervision. This extensive practical training is supplemented with providing the student with a sound theoretical base with the aid of lectures, seminars, micro-teaching sessions and journal clubs. The course gives an excellent opportunity to the student to study Anatomy, its application and all its subspecialities in detail. MBA in Pharmaceutical Management is a 2-year postgraduate degree course which focuses at producing skilled professionals for managerial level positions in areas like Drug Manufacturing, Production Management, Pharmaceutical Marketing, Brand Management etc.

Under the 4-year B. Tech in Information Technology Programme, the students learn to program in higher-level languages and create applications based on Cloud, Information and Data. Students learn to use the Software Engineering processes to specify, design, develop, test and deploy software applications for solving problems. Students are groomed to work effectively in teams and to communicate effectively with a client. The Masters in Urban Design program offers students to shift and enhance their previously set paradigm to the macro scale of perceiving the underlined architectural urban scenarios. It is a course of two years with each year further subdivided into two semesters. This course addresses the realm of the urbane by contextualising the different practices and cultures of the cities.
