This is a 3 year postgraduate program recognised by the Medical Council of India. The program includes rotational postings in the Departments of General Medicine, Emergency Medicine, TB and Chest Medicine, Paediatrics, Psychiatry and Radiology. The student also attends the various Speciality Clinics that come under the Umbrella of the Department of Medicine, namely Diabetology, Cardiology , Neurology ,Rheumatology and Infectious Disease . The student is involved in active patient care under expert supervision in the Out Patient Departments, Casualty , wards and Intensive Care Units.

The Post graduate studies in this subject is designed in such a way that the students become good researchers and confident medical professionals in Ayurveda. The Anatomy Museum has an extensive and varied collection with various sections pertaining to Comparative Anatomy, Radiology, Embryology, Neuroanatomy and Gross Anatomy. The student gains proficiency in Dissection, Histological techniques, Histology, Embryology , Osteology, Radiological and Cross Sectional Anatomy under the supervision of experienced teachers.
