The MDS in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, abbreviated as (MDS OMFS) is a 3-year postgraduate program designed for a career practice in the field of Faciomaxillary Surgery. B.Tech in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering is a multi-disciplinary course and has an illustrious history of excellence. This course provides a sound foundation for the aspirants wishing to pursue a career in electrical, communication, instrumentation, control, robotics, and industrial automation. It primarily focuses on the industrial applications of sensing of physical parameters, monitoring, and control, automation, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), This program provides a diverse range of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the context of design experience for solving problems in real life and industrial applications.

Our Aim through this course is to create Community physicians in Ayurveda. It focuses on patient happiness in addition to their overall health and wellness. Students are taught techniques in prevention of diseases through Swasthavritta & Yoga . The curriculum gives equal importance to practical exposure as well as to various social activities like awareness lectures and camps to highlight the role of Ayurveda in healing and prevention of diseases and lifestyle disorders. Through awareness camps the students elucidate the importance of balanced ayurvedic diet so as to develop a healthy and happy community.

Doctor of Medicine in Swasthavritta (Social and Preventative Medicine) is a Non – Clinical course. The program provides training on the principles and practice of Social and Preventive Medicine at both the personal and communal levels. Social and Preventative Medicine in School of Ayurveda gives elaborate guidelines and regimens for maintaining and promoting health of the individual and the community integrating modern concepts with principles of Ayurveda.

The Ayurveda Department at DY Patil University is unique because we focus on inter and intradepartmental association so that we can create and facilitate the best treatment for a number of diseases based on an amalgamation of topics in healthcare. Ayurveda is known to get rid of chronic diseases and thus our institute is very research intensive, constantly striving for innovation in treatment practices.

As a part of the coursework, awareness programs are arranged regularly with the help of PG students, to spread awareness about lifestyle disorders arising due to excessive use of electronic gadgets, like computer vision syndrome, amblyopia, refractive error in early age, squint, allergic disorders etc. We assist in the implementation of the national program for the Prevention of Blindness & Rehabilitation of the visually impaired.

Master of Business Administration or MBA in Human Resource Management is a 2-year post graduate program and is open to individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in any stream. MBA in HR is perfect for individuals with good communication skills and an ability to envision a larger picture for an organization. At present, skilled HR Professionals are required in all public and private sector organizations.

This course is common to all the students. This course includes an update of the Basic Sciences such as Biomechanics & Applied Physiotherapy, Biophysics, etc for improving abilities in functional diagnosis and clinical reasoning.
