B.Sc. in Nutrition & Health is a single major programme which offers two distinct pathways; Nutrition and Health and a limited opportunity to mix the two. This course investigates the scientific aspects of food science and nutrition and the wider implications of diet on our health and wellbeing. The politics of food in society, involving manufacturers, retailers, consumers and health professionals, are complex and continually evolving. The programme provides a balance of scientific and socio-economic studies of diet, nutrition and related health aspects. Its breadth leads to an appreciation of the key positions of food in society, health and well-being, as well as in the manufacture, marketing and retailing of foods, and a knowledge of the appropriate law and regulations. At the interface between nutrition and health, graduates will be key in the development of new healthy eating trends, advice on proper food choices to individuals or communities, maintain good health, prevent malnutrition or manage therapeutic diets.

Functional movement is a key part of any one's life and Physiotherapy plays a key role in helping people to improve their quality of life. Bachelor of Physiotherapy is a four and a half year full time Programme at GDGU, where students will be trained to work with people to identify and maximize their ability to move and perform various functions. Students at GDGU, through intense clinical exposure, will be provided with systematic Physiotherapy education in theory as well as practical with an emphasis on clear concepts and basics.

Master of Pharmacy (Phrmacology) is a two-year interdisciplinary postgraduate program (PG) aimed to develop pharmacy professionals with an advanced knowledge of in-vivo/in-vitro and toxicological evaluation of new chemical entities and dosage forms to cater the demand of the healthcare sector. This program enables students to carry out independent research on experimental animals, pharmacological and clinical investigations, biostatistics etc. in consultation with industry collaborators and academic experts to build a career path for the corporate and education sector respectively.

Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Sciences is an undergraduate 4 years academic program, with 3.5 years of Didactic learning and 6 months of mandatory Internship.The course aims to provide proficient and balanced training in laboratory medicine and diagnosis. It involves the application of different technologies to diagnose and cure diseases. The students become specialized at analysis of body matter such as fluid, tissue and blood, micro-organism screening, chemical analyses, and cell count. Students also learn to handle advanced lab equipment and perform accurate laboratory tests, with great emphasis on Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Students are trained for careers in diagnostics, academics, laboratory medicine, R & D sectors, quality control and quality assurance and for being entrepreneurs, by setting up their own laboratory.

The aim of the LLM program is to provide a range of local, national, international and global themes for study in a critical legal perspective. It aims to provide considerable freedom to individual students to devise their own program by choosing from the varied options available. The program is majorly research based while offering students the flexibility of choosing research areas within the modules and for their dissertation. The LLM program equips students with skills for global research enabling them to adapt, innovate and apply their knowledge to international legal issues.

BA (Honours) program in Political Science addresses some of the fundamental problems facing human society. Questions concerning world peace, government policies aimed at achieving economic stability and growth, the management of environmental quality, control over the political competition, the possibility of using the law to affect social and political change and the gap between the rich and poor in India and abroad are all on the research agenda of contemporary political scientists. The program is committed to developing students into citizens who are active and informed on a wide range of political systems: local, state, national and global. It is designed to foster an understanding of the responsibilities and rights of active, informed participants within these systems. It will develop the students’ ability to think, assess and respond. M.A. Economics program provides a rigorous approach to the study of economic theory while offering students enough flexibility to take electives in the department in order to tailor their study to their professional goals. The M.A. program specializes in advanced applied economic research and prepares the students for a sound preparation for progression to doctoral study.

Integrated B.A.-B.Ed., Program of GD Goenka University is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and Haryana State Government. It is planned to equip student-teachers with the basic knowledge and skills of sciences, social sciences, humanities, and education. Such knowledge and skills would help teachers to teach in the 21st-century classroom of upper primary and secondary school students and address issues concerning their development as global citizens
