B.Tech. Biomedical Engineering constitutes human beings' earliest efforts to understand the living world in terms of the basic sciences and to comprehend the body mechanism in terms of their technological creations. Biomedical Engineering involves the study and application of engineering processes for diagnosis and therapy. It is a rapidly changing interdisciplinary domain, in which each branch of engineering interacts with a number of other disciplines to yield a fundamental understanding of health maintenance processes and improved diagnosis, optimal interventional (surgical, therapeutic & rehabilitative) procedures, prosthesis and organ assist systems, health care systems performance, and econometrics.

The BA (Honours) program in Public Policy and Administration addresses some of the fundamental problems facing human society. The students are required to understand questions on public policy and the significance of administration in contemporary times. The Programme is committed to developing students into citizens who are active and informed of policy procedures and, more importantly, substantive policy outcomes. The aim is to prepare and train students with skills of critical thinking and analysis that would help them to appreciate the interlinkages and distinctions between government and governance. B.Sc. in Nutrition & Health is a single major programme which offers two distinct pathways; Nutrition and Health and a limited opportunity to mix the two. This course investigates the scientific aspects of food science and nutrition and the wider implications of diet on our health and wellbeing. The politics of food in society, involving manufacturers, retailers, consumers and health professionals, are complex and continually evolving. The programme provides a balance of scientific and socio-economic studies of diet, nutrition and related health aspects. Its breadth leads to an appreciation of the key positions of food in society, health and well-being, as well as in the manufacture, marketing and retailing of foods, and a knowledge of the appropriate law and regulations. At the interface between nutrition and health, graduates will be key in the development of new healthy eating trends, advice on proper food choices to individuals or communities, maintain good health, prevent malnutrition or manage therapeutic diets.

The aim of the LLM program is to provide a range of local, national, international and global themes for study in a critical legal perspective. It aims to provide considerable freedom to individual students to devise their own program by choosing from the varied options available. The program is majorly research based while offering students the flexibility of choosing research areas within the modules and for their dissertation. The LLM program equips students with skills for global research enabling them to adapt, innovate and apply their knowledge to international legal issues.

The Bachelor of Science in Sound Engineering prepares students for engineering careers in the music technology industry—designing, developing, and testing audio hardware and software—as well as careers in acoustical engineering, sound recording, and studio production.

The two-year post-graduate program, M.Sc. Chemistry provides the flavor of advanced research, with an in-depth knowledge of cutting-edge technologies along with an understanding of the specific scientific principles.  The Syllabus covers the advanced theories and applications in all the major areas of chemistry viz.
