M.Sc. (Agri.) Entomology is a two year post graduate programme designed to provide knowledge and skill of plant protection principles and procedures to the students. The program offers an excellent blend of theory and research that align with the curricula of leading agricultural universities and ICAR guidelines. The course structure imparts the students with through understanding of the breadth of Agricultural Entomology by providing comprehensive knowledge on basic concepts and current developments in Insect Biosystematics; Insect Physiology; Insect-Pest Management, Host Plant resistance and Insect Toxicology along with minor courses of resistance breeding and plant diseases. The focus of the programme is not only insect pests but also the beneficial arthropods found in the agro-ecosystem that contribute to ecosystem services such as biological control and pollination. Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Sciences is an undergraduate 4 years academic program, with 3.5 years of Didactic learning and 6 months of mandatory Internship.The course aims to provide proficient and balanced training in laboratory medicine and diagnosis. It involves the application of different technologies to diagnose and cure diseases. The students become specialized at analysis of body matter such as fluid, tissue and blood, micro-organism screening, chemical analyses, and cell count. Students also learn to handle advanced lab equipment and perform accurate laboratory tests, with great emphasis on Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Students are trained for careers in diagnostics, academics, laboratory medicine, R & D sectors, quality control and quality assurance and for being entrepreneurs, by setting up their own laboratory.

Fire and safety engineering refers to precautions that are taken to prevent or reduce the likelihood of a fire that may result in death, injury, or property damage.

It can be defined as the art and science of designing buildings and facilities for life safety and property protection in the event of an unwanted fire with application of scientific and engineering principles. The fire engineering design sectors are at the forefront in ensuring fire safety is maintained and enhanced, without exhausting natural resources or damaging the environment.

This course is designed for the students who dream to be involved in the design of industrial safety solutions along with the fire protection measures through the application of prevailing knowledge and proven techniques. The program enables students to explore the various possibilities of preventing fires.

Diploma in dialysis technician is a two year diploma program designed to build a well-informed and duly trained dialysis technicians for working efficiently in hospitals, medical clinics, dialysis centers, paramedical teaching and training institutions. An innovative curriculum of this programme will enable students to get requisite skills for carrying out dialysis in critical conditions such as renal dialysis, hem-dialysis. M.Sc. Microbiology is a two-year degree program wherein students are taught through a combination of lectures, tutorials, practical classes, coursework and projects about the components and composition of microscopic living organisms and their assembly and interactions important in sustaining life. By using theoretical knowledge and techniques, students attempt to investigate and solve biological problems pertaining to the understanding of physiological processes of the microbes, their interaction with hosts leading to diseases and subsequent disease diagnostics, prevention, therapy and prognostics.
