B.Sc. (PCM) is a three-year under-graduate program that familiarizes students with the upcoming technological changes and gives first-hand knowledge. The course covers Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the core subjects of study. The college aims to deliver in-depth understanding of the analytical, observational and empirical aspects of all the three subjects. Mathematics is the science of the order, relation and structure that has invented from elemental exercises of the counting, measuring, and describing the natures of objects. It deals with quantitative calculation and logical reasoning, and its advancement has involved a growing degree of idealism and abstraction of the subject matter. 

BJMC is a three year under graduate program that offers CBCS based curriculum divided into six semesters. The student can complete the course in maximum five years. The course covers core papers, departmental specified elective papers and general elective papers. BJMC program at IIMT University has been strategically designed to fulfill both academic and industrial requirements of the students with primary focus on conceptual, directional and operational skills. The notable areas of study include press history, television program production & presentation radio program production & communication, public relations, advertising, films studies, news gathering, news writing, editing, reporting, anchoring and research activities.

The Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering offers three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering. The basic principles and performance of electronic devices and circuits are introduced in the course. The students are given in depth knowledge and understanding about different analog and digital modulation techniques used for communication, equipments and systems involved in wireless communications, satellite and optical communication technologies, computer communication and networking, design and development of microelectronic circuits for computation and processing, components and system for electronic instrumentation and control etc.

The Department of Management at School of Commerce and Management in IIMT University, Meerut offers 2-years regular postgraduate degree program. 

MBA Financial Management or MBA Finance is a postgraduate course.This course involves the study of analytics, budgeting, organisation and monitoring of finances. It requires skills like thorough data evaluation, logical analysis and proactive decision-making.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering under the School of Engineering and Technology, IIMT University, Meerut offers Ph.D. programme in different research areas related to Mechanical Engineering such as Solar Thermal Engg., Renewable Energy, Micro-manufacturing, MEMS and NEMS etc.

After successful completion of doctoral degree, research candidate may opt for teaching at universities and UG/PG colleges.
