The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering under the School of Engineering and Technology, IIMT University, Meerut offers Ph.D. programme in different research areas related to Electrical and Electronics Engineering such as RF and Antenna Technology, Sustainable Energy, Solar PV System, Power Electronics, Energy conversion systems, Electric Vehicle etc.

The Ph.D in Biotechnology is a regular research degree of minimum three years. 

Masters in Technology in Construction Engineering and Management is a two years full time regular program. This course is a specialization course that enables students to apply various management techniques for successful completion of construction projects. In the first year the foundation knowledge of students is strengthened. They are tutored on concepts such as construction equipment selection, site selection, concrete construction technology, construction laws and regulations and environmental impact assessment. Once the construction basics are clear, they are given advanced information on subjects like resource management, quality control, safety control systems, construction planning & scheduling, disaster reduction and cost analysis & time management.

B.Sc. (Home Science- Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics) is a three years undergraduate program that offers professional knowledge in the field of nutrition, health, food and hygiene. It is an inter-disciplinary program that combines idea from science and arts for the well-being of population. This program provides the detail knowledge of different health related concerns and how to treat them with medical nutrition therapy. It focuses on the particulars of foods science and chemistry in terms of food quality, nutritional content, food chemistry and preservation. The Department of Management at School of Commerce and Management in IIMT University, Meerut offers 2-years regular postgraduate degree program.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is a trending subject in the field of Computer Science and Engineering these days. In this course, the emphasis of learning is on creating intelligent machines. While humans have learnt to work smart, machines are getting way smarter. The increased work load and shorter deadlines calls for the need of these human-like-machines. Machine Learning (ML) is an application of Artificial Intelligence that makes a machine learn without being explicitly programmed. Students pursuing B.Tech. BJMC is a three year under graduate program that offers CBCS based curriculum divided into six semesters. The student can complete the course in maximum five years.
