M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering is a 2 years regular PG programme. This curriculum provides students with extensive and detailed knowledge about electronics and electric systems. Scholars are introduced to research areas of dynamics in electric machines, instrumentation, modern switches and drives, power system analytics & design and advanced control systems. Various lab activities related to circuit design and development, power drive creation, and electrical drive formation provide students with hands-on learning opportunities. Microprocessors and microcontrollers are also covered, as well as power system stability and optimization techniques.

Masters in Technology in Construction Engineering and Management is a two years full time regular program. This course is a specialization course that enables students to apply various management techniques for successful completion of construction projects.
