Pediatric dentistry encompasses a variety of disciplines, techniques and procedures to modify and adapt to the special needs of infants, children and adolescents. Pediatric Dentistry is an “Age Defined” specialty. In this department, students perform all types of preventive and comprehensive dental procedures in children up to the age of 14 years. MM(DU) offers B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), a dedicated course that helps the students evolve as Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technologist. An MLT is an important part of Medical team with full knowledge of diagnosis, prevention and timely treatment of diseases through clinical laboratory tests. As a professional, you would play a key role in identifying abnormalities in the samples such as malignancies, pathogens, or genetic abnormalities.
