Microbiology, one of the three classical disciplines in the biological sciences, is an extremely diverse and complex field, dealing with the study of shape, structure (morphology), genetic and metabolic processes in microscopic and sub-microscopic organisms. It is a constantly changing and advancing science, spawning the evolution of modern scientific disciplines with practical applications for diverse areas including microbial biotechnology, genetic engineering, immunology, molecular biology, and genomics. The program equips the students with the advanced knowledge and skills required to embark on future research or employment in industries striving to solve major global challenges in the health, energy, and environmental sectors.

The globalization movement has opened new opportunities for the business world. Almost all the countries in the world have witnessed a sharp rise in their GDP growth. A candidate with a BBA degree can exploit these opportunities and very easily find a job of his/her caliber. After BBA, a student can also go for a Master's degree in the field of management. Future Aspects: After successful completion of BBA, students can join as expert professionals in the fields of management, finance, human resource management, and also marketing. In fact, every graduate is eligible for professional studies such as CA, ICWA, ACS, MBA, or other Masters Programs in Commerce / Management. M.Des. Fashion Design is a two-year postgraduate program, designed for aspirants to gain in-depth knowledge about the world of fashion and explore its economic, ethical, social, ecological, and cultural aspects. The course focuses on the application of design and aesthetics or natural beauty to clothing and accessories and creating products as per the global fashion needs.

The role of media is to disseminate information, educate, inform and entertain the masses. Now with the due course of time, the scenario of media is also changing. To keep pace with time the BA(JMC) program has been designed in this new paradigm. It equips the students as per the requirement of the present scenario where they can form an opinion to change the society in a positive manner. Through the fundamentals of journalism with a blend of politics, society, economics, constitution, international issues, culture, and other basic subjects, it makes the students more responsible towards society. The program offers specialization in print and electronic news media, documentary making, radio, and reporting. With the diversity in training, a student of mass communication has the option of stepping into numerous profiles along with the higher studies.

The department of Computer Science and Engineering imparts world-class education, training, and research. The contents of the courses under the department are continuously updated and the laboratories are modernized to incorporate the rapid changes in technology and industry. The department also promotes active industry-institute collaboration by identifying areas of interest and taking part in sponsored research projects and consultancy services. CSE department is committed to preparing Engineers who are highly sought after, productive, and well-respected for their work, and who contribute to new developments in computing.

The program requires a student to choose three subjects out of the following: English Literature, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, History, Geography, French, Journalism & Mass Communication, and Sanskrit to suit her needs and interests along with achieving her career objectives. The candidates who are pursuing the B.A. program can also opt for higher studies or seek employment in the public or private sector with the multiple options available across the globe. They can opt for an M.A. course in any of the subjects they study as a part of their BA program. The students who wish to study for a professional degree can get into an MBA program at any of the prestigious Management Institutes of India. Besides government jobs, some of the private sectors which employ BA degree holders are BPO/KPO, NGOs, Educational Institutes, IT, Media and Journalism, and PR Firms.

The M.Sc. (Biotechnology) is a fusion of science, medicine, and engineering. It focuses on biology and chemistry along with principles of genetics, microbiology, cellular biology, process design, genetic engineering, and their applications in healthcare or food production. This program prepares the students for biotechnology careers by encompassing a broad range of subjects. Along with the assurance of the competency of the necessary knowledge, the course work fosters problem-solving and critical thinking skills which prepare the student to take on various design and engineering challenges. The field of biotechnology uses living organisms to generate controlled processes or their final products.
