The M.Sc. (Biotechnology) is a fusion of science, medicine, and engineering. It focuses on biology and chemistry along with principles of genetics, microbiology, cellular biology, process design, genetic engineering, and their applications in healthcare or food production. This program prepares the students for biotechnology careers by encompassing a broad range of subjects. Along with the assurance of the competency of the necessary knowledge, the course work fosters problem-solving and critical thinking skills which prepare the student to take on various design and engineering challenges. The field of biotechnology uses living organisms to generate controlled processes or their final products.

Mody University of Science and Technology offers 2-year M. Tech in Nuclear Science & Technology (NST) program. The curriculum covers basic concepts of nuclear science and engineering, plasma physics and fusion reactors, nuclear safety, nuclear waste disposal technology, radioactivity in the environment, and applications of radiation and radio-isotopes in industry and medicine. The candidates who are pursuing the B.A. program can also opt for higher studies or seek employment in the public or private sector with the multiple options available across the globe. They can opt for an M.A. course in any of the subjects they study as a part of their BA program.
