The program offers extensive knowledge and expertise in food making, research, and development. A food scientist studies the nature and quality of food along with designing and managing food processing equipment. It includes coursework in areas of nutrition, food packaging, quality control management, basic food chemistry, and human physiology, etc. This course familiarizes the students with advanced-level developments of new and healthy eating trends. They are trained to tackle issues such as the nutritional significance of processed food in the diet, functional food items, the importance of nutrition labeling and nutrition claims, catering technology, and nutritional quality. Alongside developing current techniques in food analysis, food structure, and food processing, the students are imparted with advanced lessons in nutraceuticals and their relationship to health and diseases.

Mody University of Science and Technology offers 2-year M. Tech in Nuclear Science & Technology (NST) program. The curriculum covers basic concepts of nuclear science and engineering, plasma physics and fusion reactors, nuclear safety, nuclear waste disposal technology, radioactivity in the environment, and applications of radiation and radio-isotopes in industry and medicine. This programme covers English literary studies, theories, criticism, and pedagogy, all in the form of theory. This degree gives students the opportunity to study various fields of world literature. An M.A. in English is a great option for both local and international students. A Master's degree in English Literature is a notch higher than any other traditional degree that focuses on an in-depth study of different genres of literature. On completion of the course, a student is expected to be able to expertly analyze a work of literature in its historical, cultural, political, and philosophical context.
