Business Analytics deals with the study, analysis and interpretation of all data about businesses. The curriculum, focusing exclusively on Analytics, is uniquely designed for the young minds who need to acquire the combination of skill sets of Business Management and Information Technology. The specialized programme is meant for those people who are interested to solve business problems in a data driven manner. Hence, the curriculum covers Information Technology (IT), Statistical Methods as well as all business aspects in detail.

The three-year fully residential BBA (Hons.)- Business Analytics degree program at Jindal Global Business School (JGBS) is designed to give theoretical and practical knowledge for the students keen to pursue careers that leverage Analytics strengths in a variety of functions and industries. Data Analytics as a domain is transforming the way businesses and organizations work and grow across all industries, including, retail, manufacturing, banking & finance, healthcare, and sports. In the year 2021, we face an increasing array of environmental challenges that require greater levels of innovation and collaboration among industry, government, academics and communities. Jindal School of Environment and Sustainability (JSES) hopes to support the global efforts (India/Asia/Global South) toward a sustainable future with cutting-edge teaching, research and practice-based engagement. Through national and international collaborations, JSES will promote interdisciplinary studies, joint teaching and research programmes, and a comparative perspective on environment and sustainability issues. JSES has now opened admissions to the B.A./B.Sc. (Hons.) in Sustainable Development programme for the academic year 2022-23.

The B.A./B.Sc. (Hons.) in Sustainable Development uniquely combines natural and social sciences with humanities to equip students with a thorough understanding of sustainable development and its many facets. The programme is distinguishable from the B.A. in Environmental Studies based on its specific focus on the Sustainable Development Goals and its emphasis on scientific knowledge.

B.A. (Hons.) Finance Entrepreneurship is an innovative programme that combines entrepreneurial skills and creative abilities with focused training in finance and practical knowledge of technology. This programme will provide students with the opportunity to develop skills through combination of traditional and practical knowledge, and perspectives on issues of finance and corporate affairs.

Jindal School of Banking & Finance offers the three-year fully residential B.A. Hons. Finance and Entrepreneurship programme with aim to provide students with hands-on training intending to prepare the students to create new products and services aiming to develop an entrepreneurial mindset with a practical understanding of finance in a dynamic environment.

The objective of the Integrated BBA (Hons.)+ MBA, 5 year Degree programme is to enable students to embark upon a management career after completing 10+2 level examination. The programme provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of business management and the opportunity to pursue chosen areas of specialization.

The design and delivery of this integrated program is innovative and unique. It will equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to compete successfully for challenging positions in industry, government, non-profit organizations and civil services. This programme will create excellent managers and also instill the spirit of entrepreneurship so that the students evolve into leaders and wealth creators in the years to come.

The Integrated BBA (Hons.)+ MBA programme at JGBS being one of the most rigorous in the country is designed to prepare students with a global management perspective through a unique pedagogy of learning and interaction among peers in a modular format. Activities like live projects, field assignments and simulation games will form an integral part of the programme.

Field work such as the India Dream Project, Business Internship and Team-Consulting Assignment will help achieve holistic learning and also provide for a comprehensive understanding of the contemporary business environment. Option for a Post Graduate Degree Abroad: In the fifth year, students have the option to enroll for 1-year MS Degree with a partner foreign university subject to the terms and conditions of the host university.

The programme aims to instil the necessary knowledge and skills for each student’s personal and academic growth, nurturing the next generation of professional leaders in psychology, counselling, and related fields.

The Programme is designed in keeping with the latest Bar Council of India rules and the University Grants Commission prescriptions and aims at fostering a culture of scholarship and academic excellence amongst the students.

Jindal Global University offers a well-designed undergraduate curriculum through the Jindal School of Languages and Literature that leads students to proficiency in the Spanish language and familiarity with Hispanic cultures. The duration of the BA (Hons.) Spanish programme is three years (six semesters) full time. The curriculum ensures wide and deep engagement of students with a variety of cultural forms, including literature, drama and other arts (e.g., cinema, music). Students of the programme will have opportunities to be tested for Spanish proficiency certificates that are awarded by official cultural agencies. Many courses of the BA (Hons.) Spanish programme will also be open to students pursuing other degrees.

The programme enables students to attain B2 Spanish proficiency level at the end of the program by completing stages of language learning specified by the internationally accepted Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEF). Graduates will be equipped to enter the employment world or to continue study of language and literature at postgraduate level.

The Jindal School of International Affairs (JSIA) is India’s first school of Global Policy, established in 2015 and offers a dynamic undergraduate programme: a 3-year B.A. (Hons.) in Global Affairs. Conceptualised as India’s first ever interdisciplinary undergraduate degree, it shall train students for international careers through basic learning in world affairs. It will help students acquire a holistic understanding of political theories and international affairs, develop in-depth knowledge of a region by offering various study abroad programmes associated with top ranking educational institutions across the globe. This course will teach students how to systematically apply methodological research, analysis, and historically contextualise contemporary global events. It will aid in developing critical thinking abilities, practical and linguistic skills, and research aptitude which will enable programme graduates to consider a wide range of post-graduation employment options.

Political Science at the Jindal School of International Affairs (JSIA) brings multiple social science perspectives to canonical questions of political science, and adopts a comprehensive perspective to a political science education that is sustained far beyond the confines of a classroom. We bring in practitioners’ knowledge to ground theory, incorporate domestic, regional, and global politics through our diverse global faculty, provide opportunities for experiential learning in India and abroad with the help of dedicated staff, and incorporate skill-based learning into our curriculum.

We achieve this through courses centred around research methods, opportunities to partake in faculty collaborations with external partner organisations, study abroad and semester exchange programmes, research experience gained through working with faculty mentors as well as in our research centres. JSIA employs courses that focus on skills and political literacy from a year-long grounding in critical reading and writing, as well as learning to analyse news media and political institutions through primary sources with a critical perspective, to advanced elective options for multi-methods training and independent research studies.
