The BBA LL.B. (Hons.) course provides a holistic understanding of the legal discipline through a combination of business, management, and law. This multidisciplinary approach equips the students to apply the law to the facts.

Jindal School of Banking & Finance offers the three-year fully residential B.A. Hons. Finance and Entrepreneurship programme with aim to provide students with hands-on training intending to prepare the students to create new products and services aiming to develop an entrepreneurial mindset with a practical understanding of finance in a dynamic environment.

The BA (Hons.) English (Language and Literature) programme is a well-designed curriculum delivered through the Jindal School of Languages and Literature that, first, leads students to mastery of the English language, and second, encourages their intensive engagement with literary and performative cultures expressed in the English language. While ‘literature in English’ is not the same thing as world literature, the English language is by now arguably the most important medium of world literature.

English is the language through which most people in the world today encounter, in translation, the literature and written heritage of the whole world. The undergraduate English degree the world over is known for its versatility and enduring value; although BA English is a pre-professional degree, it opens many doors to personal fulfilment and professional accomplishment. This is because an undergraduate English degree has never been about memorizing fossilized texts and musing over a few pretty words. Studying English is about whole engagement with language as a medium of heritage, the repository of thought and emotion, and the capacity that most defines us as human beings.

Bachelor of Business Administration is an Under-Graduate Business Management course. The duration of a Bachelor of Business Administration is three-four years, divided into several semesters. The Bachelor of Business Administration course can be pursued either as a Full-Time Graduate Course or Part-Time Graduate Course i.e. through Correspondence or Distance Education depending upon one’s choice. Bachelor of Business Administration is often referred to as B.B.A (General) or B.B.A Pass Course. It is General in the sense that it is not Subject Specific, and one can choose several combinations of subjects, apart from two Compulsory Subjects. These combinations vary from institute to institute.

This degree program is designed to help individuals develop the understanding necessary to successfully manage a business owned and operated by a family. Classes typically teach topics such as ownership control, succession and strategic relationships. Students discover ways to attain common goals, address conflicts and create plans for the company’s future.

The Bachelors of Architecture Program at the Jindal School of Art and Architecture (JSAA) is a five-year program in architecture which prepares you for a career as a licensed architect in India. The unique program at JSAA is divided into two parts; the Major and the Minor. In the Major you learn about material and making, about design thinking. You explore the social, historical, political, economic and technological interfaces of architecture. The major allows you to participate in exchange studios and collaborative works with students from some of the best schools in architecture such as AAP (Cornell), DAAP (University of Cincinnati), Bartlett (University College of London). The program places you in multiple internships at leading firms where you gain work experience, learn from and interact with the best architects in India and the world.

In addition to the Major, the program at the JSAA also allows you to choose one minor area of study. The minor areas of study are carefully designed to provide you with additional skillsets which no other program of architecture in the country provides. The MPH is a research-intensive two-year postgraduate degree programme that enables students to attain foundational training, skills and competencies to embark on a career in public health both in the Indian and global context. Building on the level of internationalization at JGU, the programme introduces students to a multiplicity of approaches and seeks to build competencies through a range of core courses, electives, specializations, dissertations and capstone options. In addition, students have the options of undertaking semester exchange and study abroad programmes with key institutions and centers of excellence in public health. In the year 2021, we face an increasing array of environmental challenges that require greater levels of innovation and collaboration among industry, government, academics and communities. Jindal School of Environment and Sustainability (JSES) hopes to support the global efforts (India/Asia/Global South) toward a sustainable future with cutting-edge teaching, research and practice-based engagement. Through national and international collaborations, JSES will promote interdisciplinary studies, joint teaching and research programmes, and a comparative perspective on environment and sustainability issues. JSES has now opened admissions to the B.A./B.Sc. (Hons.) in Sustainable Development programme for the academic year 2022-23.

The B.A./B.Sc. (Hons.) in Sustainable Development uniquely combines natural and social sciences with humanities to equip students with a thorough understanding of sustainable development and its many facets. The programme is distinguishable from the B.A. in Environmental Studies based on its specific focus on the Sustainable Development Goals and its emphasis on scientific knowledge.
