In the School of Environmental Sciences (SES) we teach, study, and conduct research, in the life and physical sciences to address critical environmental issues and processes related to the lithosphere, atmosphere, hydrosphere, and biosphere.

School of Environmental Sciences provides and foster academic excellence in a diverse suite of undergraduate and graduate programs focused on the comprehensive study of biotic and abiotic interactions and environmental issues in natural and managed ecosystems. It is a highly respected, research-intensive community that promotes communication and collaboration among academics, industry and government at the provincial, national and international levels.

The School has diversified interest in various earth, atmospheric and biological processes. Linkages between Ecological and Social processes give an additional dimension to School's interest, making the work relevant. Therefore, the curriculum has components of disciplinary areas such as physical sciences, earth and atmospheric sciences, environmental biology, and environmental monitoring and management.

The study of microbes has been critical in our current understanding of basic biological processes, evolution, and the functions of the biosphere and has contributed to numerous fields of engineering. Microbes have the amazing ability to grow in extreme conditions, to grow slowly or rapidly, and to readily exchange DNA. They are essential for life as we know it, but can also be agents of disease. They are instrumental in shaping the environment, in evolution, and in modern biotechnology. They are amenable to virtually all modern approaches in science and engineering. Microbes provide natural engineering laboratories for creating new capabilities for industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, chemicals, energy), and are the foundation of pioneering efforts in synthetic biology - i.e. building life from its component parts.

B Arch Full Form is Bachelor of Architecture. Bachelor of Architecture is a five-year undergraduate program which has a blend of both theoretical and practical knowledge. The course teaches students the art of planning, designing and constructing using appropriate techniques and principles.

BTech IT prepares students in the concepts of software development, information security, business software, maintaining databases and networks during the 4 years of education. BTech IT directs towards a bright future in the fields of software engineering and development. 

Diploma in Civil Engineering is a 3 year course for students after completion of Class 10 that teaches students to plan, design, execute and maintain structural works like bridges, buildings, roads and other infrastructural projects.

B.Com stands for Bachelor of Commerce which is a three year undergraduate program. B Com subjects impart Analytical skills, Financial Literacy, Business Acumen, Business Laws, Taxation knowledge etc, with aim to make the student job ready in the field of Banking, Accounting, Insurance and Finance. 

Biotechnology is the research-oriented science including a mixing of biology and technology. The study of living organisms like plants, animals and microbes and its application to human welfare is known as biotechnology. The study includes structures, physiological and biochemical functions and various beneficial and harmful aspects of living organisms. Biotechnology can deliver the next wave of technological change that can be radical and even more pervasive than that brought about by IT. Employment generation, intellectual wealth creation, expanding entrepreneurial opportunities, augmenting industrial growth are a few of the compelling factors that warrant a focused approach for this sector. Biotechnology and Biosciences are one of the most research - intensive industries in the world.

The Full form of GNM is General Nursing and Midwifery. GNM Nursing course is a 3 years 6 months diploma level course with a mandatory internship for 6 months. General Nursing and Midwifery or GNM, focuses on providing skills and knowledge related to patient care and clinical treatment.

Computer Engineering is not limited to only programming but it generates numerous opportunities in hardware and software development,web-development, Computer Support Specialist, Computer Systems Analyst, Computer Systems Designer, Database Administrator, Network Administratorand much more. It is the scientific and practical approach to computation and its applications. CE/IT are the sectors that can never likely to reach saturation and thus can be considered a positive ray of hope for the prosperous career ahead.

The department is established with the objective of imparting quality education in the field of Computer Science. The department has modern facilities for teaching, learning and research. The department offers a wide array of research opportunities and programs of study at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Department consists of well-equipped laboratories for separate computing platforms, enabling the students to work with different cutting edges and hot cake technologies.

MSc Chemistry deals with physical chemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry and analytical Chemistry. MSc Chemistry is a 2 year career oriented postgraduate course. The MSc Chemistry subjects is curated so that students get the best scope and jobs.
