B.Sc Life Sciences Medical Stream is an under graduate degree program giving students an opportunity to fortress their skills and apply knowledge by making a valuable contribution to the global challenges facing humanity. B. Pharmacy Pharmaceutical Sciences is the profession that connects health and chemical sciences, ensuring the safe and effective use of therapeutic drugs. The scope of B Pharmacy is not limited to traditional roles of compounding and dispensing medications, but extends to modern health care services, which includes clinical services, reviewing medications for safety and efficacy, and providing drug information. Pharmacists, are experts on drug therapy and primarily responsible to optimally use medication and provide patients with positive health outcomes. Furthermore, they are highly-trained and skilled healthcare professionals adept at accomplishing a multitude of roles and provide quality care to patients.

The program is designed to create expertise in laboratory diagnosis of human diseases caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites as well as antimicrobial susceptibility testing, molecular diagnostic techniques for infectious diseases, public health, laboratory quality, safety, management and regulation.

The course provides the acquisition and refinement of motor skills. It equips the students with the scientific knowledge of body response to various types of exercise.

Maintenance of fitness for optimal health and well-being is enhanced. Attainment of knowledge and the growth of positive attitude towards physical activity and sports is developed through the course.
