The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program is intended to provide a broader perspective on core business disciplines, helping students to acquire expertise in a diverse field. Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology: BHMCT is a four-year intensive program spread over eight semesters. The program exposes the student to the diversity of the hospitality industry along with the development of intellectual and leadership qualities, thereby allowing them to progress into management. In addition, the program provides the hospitality industry with competent young professionals having the necessary knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes for key operational positions. The program also lays a strong foundation in vertical growth to higher education opportunities as well as enables students to take up research that is current and relevant.

The program is intended for students interested in styles of cooking and designed to equip them with fundamental skills in culinary arts, strong product knowledge and knack in performing and organizing food production. Besides, traditional food style, larger prominence is placed on food quality and meeting customer expectations.

Mathematics is at the root of many social, technical, medical, and environmental issues faced by society today. The USS mathematical department equips its students with deep understanding of math principles, a toolbox for applying those skills to real-world problems, and the ability to express complex ideas in a way that laypeople can understand.

The Mathematical department provides a solid collegiate math education to every USS student but continues its offerings to include high-level specializations such as statistical forecasting, digital encryption, and mathematical modeling.

The two-year full time MBA degree program is designed to suit the current industry needs, emphasizes holistic development of future managers through the use of unique pedagogy.

B.Sc Physics is an undergraduate degree program giving students an opportunity to fortress their skills and apply knowledge by making a valuable contribution to the global challenges facing humanity. The key focus of B.Sc. degree is primarily to understand, reason and improve the world by means of systematic observation, experimentation, modelling and calculation.
