Rayat Bahra University has taken a leap in employability-oriented education programme in collaboration with Railway academy under the guidance of IRSE (Institution of Railway Signal Engineers) to create, conduct and empower students to equip themselves with Railway Signaling and Telecommunication Technologies for an advance career in various rail projects across the globe.Railway Academy a flagship brand of Ilex academy (www.railwayacademy.org) is the knowledge & operations partner and is mandated to assist the alliance for program success. Railway Academy (A brand of ISPCPL) has collaborated with Rayat Bahra University for India’s First Programme with specialization in Signaling and Telecommunication Technologies (S&T) Engineering to train and create Job ready S&T professionals as demanded by ever expanding rail networks and railway projects companies.

MPH degree is degree that prepares individuals to work with specific populations and communities to improve their health through awareness, education, policy, and research. A Masters in Public Health program will provide students with a more advanced understanding of the 5 core disciplines of public health (biostatistics, epidemiology, environmental health, health policy & administration, and social & behavioural sciences) and the potential for advanced knowledge in a given specialization.

B.Sc. Dialysis Technology is a three year degree course which prepares students to become trained dialysis technicians who provide strong paramedical support system to hospitals for providing specialized care to renal failure patients. Dialysis technicians work closely with Nephrologists and carry out regular dialysis and various preparatory procedures including the sterilization and maintenance of machines for patients of chronic renal failure awaiting renal transplant. They play an important role in ameliorating the sufferings of such patients and help in improving the quality of their life. This is an ever-expanding field and there are a large number of patients in need of such a care in the country and in the world. The program also instil the values of compassion and ethics to make them caring towards the community.

The program is designed to create expertise in laboratory diagnosis of human diseases caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites as well as antimicrobial susceptibility testing, molecular diagnostic techniques for infectious diseases, public health, laboratory quality, safety, management and regulation.

The programme gives knowledge about the discipline, research methods and basic professional skills pertaining to psychological testing, assessment and counselling Students Understand how psychology can be applied to solve problems facing humankind. The students learn computer literacy, including the ability to use various e-resources, technology and social media. Ability to use skills in specific areas related to chosen specialization (e.g., cognitive, industrial-organizational, clinical, counselling, health, educational, social, community) are developed. The programme helps understanding varied socio-cultural contexts and being mindful of indigenous traditions.

The program has been designed in way to develop graduates with key practical skills and interdisciplinary knowledge essential for tomorrow’s leaders. The program also provides necessary skills in written communication, problem-solving, interpersonal understanding and critical thinking.

B.Sc Medical Lab Technology is of three-year duration and involves clinical rotation in final year of study. Clinical rotation provides valuable experience to students giving hands on learning in each discipline of the laboratory and under close supervision of guided faculty. The course is interdisciplinary and students can opt for subjects from other fields besides traditional subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, Microbiology, Cytology and Tissue Culture. B Sc Medical Lab Technology is an undergraduate medical lab technologist course. Medical Lab Technology also called Clinical Laboratory Science. The course teaches students to perform tests that aid in diagnosis and treatment of diseases as well as handling, standardisation, management of advanced lab equipment’s and laboratories.
