The course is provided at the undergraduate level for duration of four years during which the students are taught the subjects like food production, food and beverage services, business communication, management, front office operations and others. The theoretical subjects are constructively supported by practical and industrial training, hence making the BHMCT degree relevant and updated with the need of the time.
