M. Tech (ME) Machine Design is a two-year post-graduate programme that focuses on the concepts and processes involved in the designing & manufacturing of machines and machine related items. The considerations, procedures and principles of machine design are introduced to the students along with statistical concepts, engineering materials and their mechanical properties.

The programme facilitates the study of various materials required for the design of mechanical elements. In addition, it aims to endow knowledge of the behaviour of materials and systems in both elastic and plastic ranges, failure modes and mechanisms in both static and dynamic conditions. M.Tech in Civil Engineering with specialisation in Construction Management is a two-year post-graduate programme aimed at shaping the student’s managerial and technical skills in the field of engineering.

M. Tech. Electronics & Communication Engineering (VLSI Technology) is a two-year post-graduate programme encompassing the advanced study of modern Electronics and Communication techniques. This specialized programme focuses on instilling skills related to design, development, observation, and application of VLSI Technology.

The VLSI Technology program will cover the fundamentals and engineering aspect of designing and developing IC based systems. Traditionally, VLSI technology has emerged out as a successful collection of two streams: namely material science and electrical engineering.

The state of the art VLSI technology requires research in physical devices as well as novel design and development of electrical circuits. Tech (Biotech) Animal Biotechnology is a two-year post-graduate programme that combines both biological sciences and engineering with relevant lab sessions to offer students in-depth knowledge of the subject. The purpose of the proposed programme is to make the aspirants learn biotechnology-oriented basic and applied research programmes for improving animal productivity.

The programme intends to help the students develop innovative dairy processes for producing superior quality, safe and wholesome dairy products. M.Tech. (Biotech) Genetic Engineering is a two-year postgraduate programme that deals with the study of direct manipulation of an organism's genes using biotechnological techniques. The programme draws focus on topics like molecular genetics, immuno-biology, recombinant DNA technology, pharmacogenomics, stem cell technology and others.

A four-year undergraduate programme in Electronics and Communication with a Specialization in Embedded Systems will concentrate on using technology and applied mathematics to solve practical problems in the field of communications. This specialisation is designed to enable students to build/ configure the smart on demand services / software, or applications with a combination of cutting-edge technical solutions for individual and business problems as analytics and business visualisation. The main objective of the course is to prepare student as industry-ready that’s why this programme is design with strong industry linkage and offer students adequate flexibility to pursue electives and projects of their choice. B. Tech. in Food Process Engineering programme is a four-year undergraduate programme that introduces students to food-related technologies and its various specifications. It includes the study of the nutritive values of food and their chemical composition and relates to the study of areas food production areas like packaging,   chemical balances of food, nutrition, microbiology etc. along with the foundational knowledge of food products and food raw materials.
 
Students are introduced to various techniques such as food marketing, food processing, food and its related research methods etc. which helps them to understand them in the raw form and cope up with the challenges in the food processing industry.
   
The curriculum is designed to impart engineering knowledge in topics such as Unit Operations, Food Preservation, Crop Processing, Food Packaging and Food Safety & Quality Management to the students.
