M.Tech (ME) Thermal & Fluid Engineering is a two-year post-graduate programme that offers training in the thermal and fluid sciences along with experimental skills applied to aerospace, power plant, and gas turbines research. The programme trains students in innovative techniques like combustion diagnostics, flow visualization, particle characterization and other imaging concepts introduced in the field of thermal research.

B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Mechatronics Engineering course is a 4 years full time graduate course which is divided into 8 semesters. This course is an amalgamation of Mechanical and Electronics engineering which prepares the students to comprehend and solve complex problems related to system design computer electronic mechanical and control engineering. The objective of the course is to make students ready for a future that will have automation and robotics as the primary drivers of the technological world.

M.Tech in CSE Software Engineering is a two-year post-graduate programme dedicated to enlighten students with the desiging, implementing, testing, and modifying of the software to make it viable, maintainable and affordable. The programme offer students with a strong base of software engineering principles and applications in scientific and engineering domains.

Few of the topics under this specialisation include Software Requirement and Estimation Software, Quality Metrics and Testing Software, Architecture and Design Patterns, IOT Agile based Software Engineering, Secure Software Engineering, and Component-Based Software Engineering.

B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering is a 4 years full time graduate course which is divided into 8 semesters. This course is designed and taught primarily to impart hands on experience to the students in the field of automobile engineering with the basis as mechanical engineering. The students are made familiar with modern technologies involved in fabrication and working of all types of automobiles and auto components. The primary focus is to provide the students with the skills for their growth in the automobile sector.

B. Tech in Computer Science (Cloud Technology and Virtualization) is an undergraduate programme with advanced learning solutions imparting knowledge of advanced innovations in the field of cloud technologies and virtualization. 

On the front of Cloud Technology, It is an on-demand technology where users utilize the IT resources over the internet platform and work on pay-per-use mechanisms instead of the previous subscription-based technologies. Where on the front of Virtualization, It gives idea about the technology to generate virtual instances of computer resources for multiple uses of the same physical resource. The Course include the fundamentals and detailed introductions of such virtualization technologies which are capable of virtualizing the resources as the server, storage, networks, and operating systems and provide them as a service on demand bases. This specialisation is designed to enable students to build/ configure the smart on demand services / software, or applications with a combination of cutting-edge technical solutions for individual and business problems as analytics and business visualisation. The main objective of the course is to prepare student as industry-ready that’s why this programme is design with strong industry linkage and offer students adequate flexibility to pursue electives and projects of their choice. B.Sc. in Computer Science is a three-year undergraduate programme that focuses on the discipline of computer science. BCA in Multimedia & Animations is a 3-year full-time undergraduate course in multimedia which emphasises on the fundamental traditional skills of animation and graphics. In this programme, students are introduced to the study of computer graphics, computer languages, storyboarding, technology, nature of the moving image, and other appropriate mathematics. Students develop their innovated creative style of animation while studying 2d animation, 3d animation, contemporary animation used in movies, television and on the web.
 
Storyboarding, Lighting and Rendering, Modelling and Texturing, Character Animation, Digital Design and dynamics for feature films,   product design, animation films, internet and mass media, automobile modelling are some of the topics included in the curriculum of this programme. This curriculum also focuses on clay animation, classical animation, visual effects (VFX), preproduction, editing, and post-production process of film and television.

M. Tech. Electronics & Communication Engineering (VLSI Technology) is a two-year post-graduate programme encompassing the advanced study of modern Electronics and Communication techniques. This specialized programme focuses on instilling skills related to design, development, observation, and application of VLSI Technology.

The VLSI Technology program will cover the fundamentals and engineering aspect of designing and developing IC based systems. Traditionally, VLSI technology has emerged out as a successful collection of two streams: namely material science and electrical engineering.

The state of the art VLSI technology requires research in physical devices as well as novel design and development of electrical circuits.
