The course is a concoction of the study of commerce and law. By completing this integrated course, a student can learn about two different professional fields. The specialised law course, in its five-years duration, equips the students with the knowledge of both commerce and legislative regulations as a comprehensive concept.

This is a 5-year integrated law degree program – the first two years of the program focus primarily on arts and the last three on law subjects. The program prepares students for both national as well as international criminal justice systems. It has both classroom teaching as well as practical components like moot courts, law internships, workshops, guest lectures, national and international academic events, legal debates, and interaction with legal luminaries.

The program has been designed in such a way that it imparts knowledge on regulation, financing, trading, business development, and analytics. After pursuing the specialization, students will be able to analyse global and Indian energy, and power markets. The students will also be able to work out optimal scenarios for development and investment besides evolving an organization strategy and a project specific marketing and financial plan.

Students in this specialisation learn the essential computer science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, OOPS concepts using Java, databases and software engineering and design processes, but also concepts such as Big Data related concepts such as functional programming using python, distributed computing, data ingestion tools, NoSQL database, and other technologies to build big data pipeline.

In this specialisation, students learn about essential concepts such as data structures, algorithms, OOPS concepts using Java, databases, software engineering and design processes. Students will also obtain an in-depth knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence by implementing relevant real-world problems in a wide variety of application domains such as robotics, computer vision, natural language processing, etc. Students will be experienced in machine learning pipeline, data, models, algorithms, and empirics.

This is a domain-specific program that provides students with an understanding of the dynamic business environment of the oil and gas industry. The course allows students to integrate the core marketing concepts with the management concepts of the petroleum sector.

Environmental geochemistry has grown rapidly over the last decade and is the core of environmental sector. Global environmental consultancy market is the primary destination for suitably skilled graduates. This field is currently growing at its strongest rate for five years. Environmental Geochemistry expertise is key to many aspects of the day-to-day work of environmental consultants, geologists, civil, structural and mining engineers, environmental regulatory authorities, mining and oil companies.

Environmental geochemistry is concerned with the sources, distribution and interactions of chemical elements in rocks, soils, waters, air and biological material. It concerns studying a wide variety of environmental materials using a range of analytical tools that include field investigation, chemical instrumentation, and digital modelling.

Environmental geochemistry graduates are well suited for environmental consulting, specializing in interpretation of complex datasets and chemical behaviour, or for analysing scientific data for a commercial or research laboratory. The M.Sc. Environmental Geochemistry program has been developed in response to this demand for high-level skills in this field.

The objective of this minor specialisation is to provide different computing applications for energy management in the smart grid architecture and science of resilient smart grid against natural disaster and cyber-attacks.
