Environmental geochemistry has grown rapidly over the last decade and is the core of environmental sector. Environmental Geochemistry expertise is key to many aspects of the day-to-day work of environmental consultants, geologists, civil, structural and mining engineers, environmental regulatory authorities, mining and oil companies.

Environmental geochemistry is concerned with the sources, distribution and interactions of chemical elements in rocks, soils, waters, air and biological material. Medical law is the branch of law, which concerns the prerogatives and responsibilities of medical professionals and the rights of the patient. It is not the same as medical jurisprudence, which is a branch of medicine, rather than a branch of law.

The specialisation educates students in regulating and resolving disputes relating to both individual labour laws i.e. the employees’ rights at work and the employment standards as well as the tripartite labour laws i.e. the relationship between the employer, employee, and the union. This specialisation explores the complex legal issues arising out of international banking, trade, and business from the standpoint of both transactional perspective and dispute settlement mechanisms (litigation and arbitration). Particularly oriented towards practice in these fields, the modules have a distinctly international and comparative dimension whilst at the same time drawing strongly on the rich tradition and experience of Indian law.

Students in this specialisation learn the essential computer science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, OOPS concepts using Java, databases and software engineering and design processes, but also concepts such as Big Data related concepts such as functional programming using python, distributed computing, data ingestion tools, NoSQL database, and other technologies to build big data pipeline.

International Business is altogether different from domestic business. Every country has its own internal and external trade policy, civil and criminal laws, and different business ethics. Consequently, when it comes to entering international contracts, there can be disputes. Hence, CISG (Convention on Contracts for International Sale of Goods), commonly known as Vienna Convention, was promulgated by the United Nations so that there is a common law for global businesses. Anybody who intends to enter international business must be aware of International Business Law to succeed.
