Introduction to Food Biotechnology lays a solid foundation in all areas of food biotechnology and provides a comprehensive review of the biological and chemical concepts that are important in each discipline. Food Biotechnology is a branch of food science in which modern biotechnological techniques are applied. Food biotechnology is a process scientists use to enhance the production, nutritional value, safety, and taste of foods. It covers topics ranging from molecular biology to industrial applications of food biotechnology for the improvement of food and food products. Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law (BBA + LLB) is a five-year integrated dual degree course which provides an integrated study of management studies and legislative law in an entirely independent manner.
