M.Sc. (Physics) specialization in Material Science is a two-year program which aims to equip students both with the advanced concepts in Physics as well as hands on training in synthesis and characterization of novel materials, finding applications in myriad domains including but not limited to health, sanitation, defense, clean energy harvesting (solar cells, fuel cells, hydrogen storage, etc.), aerospace, semiconductors industry, etc. Students will also get an opportunity to learn Computational Materials Science, in which they will be equipped with various simulation software/techniques and advanced numerical algorithms to simulate materials via computers. This is a 5-year full-time course, which explores the role of international economic law in the contemporary global economy. It provides an overview of the legal foundations of the global economy and the regulatory frameworks governing international trade and investment relations.

The emphasis of the course is upon how international trade economics interacts with domestic investment law and cross-border investment law keeping in view MNC’s as well as other state and non-state actors.
