Integrated B.Sc.- M.Sc. (Physics) with specialization in Material Science aims to equip students both with the fundamental as well as advanced concepts in Physics as well as hands on training in synthesis and characterization of novel materials - finding applications in domains including but not limited to health, sanitation, defense, clean energy harvesting (solar cells, fuel cells, hydrogen storage, etc.), aerospace, semiconductors industry, etc. Students will also have opportunity to learn computational materials science, in which they will be equipped with various simulation software /techniques and numerical algorithms to simulate materials via computers. The specialization provides hands-on experience in subjects such as retail analytics, retail supply chain, retail business, retail marketing and e-payment system for e-commerce. The curriculum includes required skills in digital marketing and search engine optimization.

Environmental geochemistry has grown rapidly over the last decade and is the core of environmental sector.
