Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law (BBA + LLB) is a five-year integrated dual degree course which provides an integrated study of management studies and legislative law in an entirely independent manner.

The specialisation educates students in regulating and resolving disputes relating to both individual labour laws i.e. the employees’ rights at work and the employment standards as well as the tripartite labour laws i.e. the relationship between the employer, employee, and the union. UPES provides students with an opportunity to complete two seminar papers and a dissertation exclusively in labour laws under the mentorship of the faculty and an industry-based professional.

Digital video & audio are growing exponentially in the Indian media sector and there is a huge demand for original content. This requires specialised production skills which are in high demand.  This degree program equips students with sound technical skills to create digital video and audio content. Students are trained on the latest technology tools to produce, distribute and monetise media properties across digital multimedia industries.

They are provided hands-on experience in the fields of Mobile Journalism, Audio/Video Production, Content Creation, Podcasting, Production, Direction and Live Broadcasting. Digital Audio is growing significantly in India as the next big digital platform. To cater to the growing demand in new radio formats, this specialization is designed to equip students to be Digital Content Creators with highly advanced skills for Radio & Audio Production. Students interested in either producing or editing podcasts, learning storytelling for the audio medium or understanding post-production process for an audio product are fit for this course. The broad themes explored in this course include: Digital Audio Storyboarding, Sound Design & Mixing, Audio & Podcast Production, Post Production, Distribution & Monetisation.

This course deals with the inter-combination of statistics and computer science with an aim to extract patterns of information from given raw data (unprocessed data) and transform the data to provide meaningful information for business use. It covers the concepts of machine learning used as data mining techniques and touches upon the differences between data science and data mining. Students will be able to use the different data mining techniques such as association, clustering, and use different data mining applications such as market basket analysis and customer relationship management.

In this specialisation, students learn about essential concepts such as data structures, algorithms, OOPS concepts using Java, databases, software engineering and design processes. Students will also obtain an in-depth knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence by implementing relevant real-world problems in a wide variety of application domains such as robotics, computer vision, natural language processing, etc. Students will be experienced in machine learning pipeline, data, models, algorithms, and empirics.

This is a 5-year full-time course, which explores the role of international economic law in the contemporary global economy. It provides an overview of the legal foundations of the global economy and the regulatory frameworks governing international trade and investment relations.

The emphasis of the course is upon how international trade economics interacts with domestic investment law and cross-border investment law keeping in view MNC’s as well as other state and non-state actors.

Students in this specialisation learn the essential computer science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, OOPS concepts using Java, databases and software engineering and design processes, but also concepts such as Big Data related concepts such as functional programming using python, distributed computing, data ingestion tools, NoSQL database, and other technologies to build big data pipeline.
