The course is a concoction of the study of commerce and law. By completing this integrated course, a student can learn about two different professional fields. The specialised law course, in its five-years duration, equips the students with the knowledge of both commerce and legislative regulations as a comprehensive concept.

The course trains students to assist clients in setting up and managing their businesses across India. The program is a blend of legal functioning of the corporate entities with compliances required by them. Students will be able to provide end-to-end advisory service regarding the most suitable form of organization, based on the client’s specific needs and objectives. This may include incorporation and setting up of all types of Companies, creating a business setup in India through a branch or liaison office, obtaining statutory approvals and licenses for starting a business from local, municipal, state, and central government authorities.

This program prepares students to enter the filed of judiciary and law. Skills such as persuasive communication, judgment, as well as a problem-solving mindset are inculcated in the students. The course provides an overview of the set of rules and regulations, which govern the society. The Integrated (B.Des) - (M.Des) - in Product Design lays emphasis on a process-centric approach of participation and teamwork to shape the students’ education. The curriculum is designed in a way that gradually increases in complexity levels and covers broad areas that product designers will come across in their professional careers. Collaborative projects with industrial houses, social sector, government and multinational companies are a part of the education process.

UPES School of Design’s Under Graduate Programme, B.Des. in Transportation & Mobility Design gives students access to a High-Performance Visualization Lab for real-time 3D visualization of products, Rapid Product Development Lab equipped with Rapid Prototyping, Laser scanner and Laser cutting machines. Students will have proficiency in creating mobility solutions with distinct functions and social impact.

This is a 5-year integrated law degree program – the first two years of the program focus primarily on arts and the last three on law subjects. The program prepares students for both national as well as international criminal justice systems. It has both classroom teaching as well as practical components like moot courts, law internships, workshops, guest lectures, national and international academic events, legal debates, and interaction with legal luminaries.

Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law (BBA + LLB) is a five-year integrated dual degree course which provides an integrated study of management studies and legislative law in an entirely independent manner.

This five-year undergraduate program is customized to give students comprehensive exposure to law, commerce, and tax. The course is delivered by a blend of full-time faculties, industry fellows, and workshops by taxation experts. The university also facilitates internships in consultancies and law firms, which not only expose students to industry experience and practical aspects of law but also expedites early placements.

Plant Biotechnology assist in developing new varieties of crop like genetically engineered crop, marker assisted selection, genetics and genomics, etc. This field of study helps in identifying and mapping genes, discovering their functions and transferring desired gene to specific plants as per requirement. This branch of study also focuses on all aspects of the genetic engineering process to enhance efficiency, expression and precision of added gene.

This programs’ problem-based learning mechanism, emphasizes on genomics, proteomics and metabolomics. The curriculum for Plant Biotechnology is planned with theoretical studies, where students will get hands on experience by performing some of the techniques used to detect genetic variations and its implications in plants. This course covers framework for integrated planning of businesses and supply chain strategy. The focus is on strategic alternatives for logistics and supply chain like alignment, agility, and adaptability. Further, strategic alternatives like efficient and responsive supply chains, speculative and postponement strategy are studied in detail. Also, customer specific performance metrics of supply chains like fill rate and on time delivery are studied.

This course is aligned with the latest technologies and models of sales and marketing, with a focus on the genesis of the lead source of marketing in the digital age. The emphasis is on developing critical as well as analytical thinking in the specialized area though case study, projects, workshops, masterclasses by industry experts, among other pedagogical tools. ?
