This five-year undergraduate program is customized to give students comprehensive exposure to law, commerce, and tax. This specialisation explores the complex legal issues arising out of international banking, trade, and business from the standpoint of both transactional perspective and dispute settlement mechanisms (litigation and arbitration). Particularly oriented towards practice in these fields, the modules have a distinctly international and comparative dimension whilst at the same time drawing strongly on the rich tradition and experience of Indian law.

This is a 5-year integrated law degree program – the first two years of the program focus primarily on arts and the last three on law subjects. Masters in Microbiology is a two year course that offers two specialization streams namely Food and Environmental Microbiology and Medical and Pharmaceutical Microbiology.

Medical Microbiology comprises and integrates the fields of immunology, bacteriology, virology, mycology, and parasitology. The objective of specialized course of medical microbiology is to provide in-depth knowledge of the etiologic organisms causing diseased and the pathogenic mechanisms leading to clinically manifest infections into its host. This knowledge is a necessary prerequisite for the diagnosis, therapy, and prevention of any infectious diseases, indispensable for both biotech, pharma industries and academic sectors.

As pharmaceutical microbiology is crucial to the manufacture and production of drugs, biologics and devices, it is absolutely important that people working in these industries have a strong understanding and in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical microbiological principles, techniques, processes and strategies in order to avoid any potentially costly and life-threatening failures and consequences.

The course equips students on subjects including Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, and International Financial Management, giving an understanding of the finance division of an organization or for pursuing higher education such as MBA, MS (Finance), FRM, and CFA program. Case studies and practical examples are at the core of this course. Students undertake term projects to apply the theoretical frameworks to business management issues, especially finance.
