The programme covers all aspects of the design process, from trend analysis, research and design development, drawing and illustration, colour and fabric development, historical and cultural studies, translation of ideas from 2D to 3D through to presentation, marketing and business development.

Consequently, when it comes to entering international contracts, there can be disputes. Hence, CISG (Convention on Contracts for International Sale of Goods), commonly known as Vienna Convention, was promulgated by the United Nations so that there is a common law for global businesses. Anybody who intends to enter international business must be aware of International Business Law to succeed.

The Indian semiconductor and embedded design industry are expected to earn revenues of $114.2B in 2025 compared to $27.6B in 2015, with a CAGR of 15.3%. This specialisation explores the complex legal issues arising out of international banking, trade, and business from the standpoint of both transactional perspective and dispute settlement mechanisms (litigation and arbitration). Particularly oriented towards practice in these fields, the modules have a distinctly international and comparative dimension whilst at the same time drawing strongly on the rich tradition and experience of Indian law.
