B.Sc. (Hons.) Food Technology is an undergraduate three-year degree programmes are designed with the goal of providing expertise to the students in the field of Food Science and Technology. This program will provide students with in-depth knowledge of the Technical, scientific and professional approaches towards the physicochemical, microbiological, engineering and textural aspects of food.
