Physiotherapy or physical therapy is a health profession that helps people maintain or restore their physical mobility, function, and strength. Under this programme electrotherapy, evidence-based kinesiology, exercise prescription, and shockwave mobility to treat chronic conditions of the bones and soft tissues are used. Physiotherapists work with patients and their families/caretakers to cure problems experienced as a result of illness, injury, and disability.

A person who has completed D.Pharm. can be employed as a registered pharmacist in a community pharmacy (wholesale or retail-medical store/chemists & druggists) or hospital pharmacy. It is the minimum qualification to practice the pharmacy profession, therefore, it is mandatory that all dispensing of prescription medicines has to be done under the supervision of a pharmacist only.

B.Sc. (Hons.) Physics is a three year Honors Program. The thrust of this Program is to impart extensive knowledge of Physics, both in theoretical and practical spheres. The Programme involves Thermodynamics, Quantum Mechanics, Optics, Heat & Thermodynamics, Statistical Mechanics, Atomic, Nuclear & Particle Physics and Lasers & Instrumentation and Electronics. Besides these, the students will also study the generic subjects like English, Mathematics and Computer Application.

Microbiology, a branch of medicine and is a study of microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites. These bacteria can cause various diseases in human beings. B.Sc. Medical Microbiology provides students with the knowledge of microbial pathogenesis, epidemiology, disease pathology, and immunology. B.Tech ECE with VLSI & Embedded system is a 4 year program offered at Uttaranchal University aims to provide the knowledge and skills in VLSI design methodology and embedded system. The curriculum covers algorithms, System Architecture Verification Techniques, Component requirement for Hardware Model, substantial Designs, and Synthesis & Simulation for VLSI system. The programme also covers thrust areas like Real Time application of VLSI & Embedded Systems, Advanced Microcontrollers, Advanced Embedded System Design, and System on Chip. The B.Sc (Agri.) programme is an undergraduate programme related to the field of agriculture. The focus of this study is on agriculture. Under this programme, students are trained about the most modern methods used in fertilizers; plant biotechnology. The programme apart from training in scientific skills also trains in marketing skills of agriculture products. Under this study, the students are exposed to real life rural settings with the aim to develop a sense of awareness among the students so that they can understand the problems of farmers and rural people.
