BCA is a 3 years undergraduate program that includes courses like Computer Network, Cloud Computing, Web Technologies, Computer Based Optimization Techniques, Theory of Computation, Enterprise Resource Planning, Digital Image Processing, and Programming using Python etc. The curriculum has established the concept of project development in each language/technology learned during the semester in order to improve the programming skills. The B.Sc (Agri.) programme is an undergraduate programme related to the field of agriculture. The focus of this study is on agriculture. Under this programme, students are trained about the most modern methods used in fertilizers; plant biotechnology. The programme apart from training in scientific skills also trains in marketing skills of agriculture products. Under this study, the students are exposed to real life rural settings with the aim to develop a sense of awareness among the students so that they can understand the problems of farmers and rural people.

B.Sc. (Hons.) forensic science is a three-year program spread into six semesters. The curriculum of forensic science is a blend of interdisciplinary fields including biology, chemistry, physics, microbiology, entomology, anthropology, drug chemistry, ballistics. The curriculum is enriched to provide conceptual knowledge along with sound technical skills and laboratory expertise.

B.Sc. (Hons.) Food Technology is an undergraduate three-year degree programmes are designed with the goal of providing expertise to the students in the field of Food Science and Technology. This program will provide students with in-depth knowledge of the Technical, scientific and professional approaches towards the physicochemical, microbiological, engineering and textural aspects of food. The program includes detailed study of subjects such as Advance Food Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Technology of Cereals, Principles of Food quality, Bakery Technology, Technology of Fruits, Vegetables and Plantation Crop, Technology of Milk and Milk Products, Technology of Food Preservation, Food Microbiology and Engineering etc. Courses on English communication, seminar presentation, reasoning skill, personality development targets an overall improvement in the aptitude of student along with enhancement of communication skills.  Industrial visits, participation in seminar/conference, training programmes impart additional technical skills. Dissertation specifically inculcates research aptitude and scientific writing skills.

The scope of business analytics in management studies has also expanded from being a standalone subject to a multi-disciplinary domain that involves multi-faceted paradigms, including quantitative, qualitative and decision-making sciences. Owing to the versatility of Business Analytics as the fusion of data analytics, advanced mathematics and information management skills, Uttaranchal University is offering MBA- Business Analytics programme. In this programme, students will get to learn about technology-based analytics and data, and how to use this data to improve business.

MBA-Business Analytics programme has been designed to enable students to make sense of the complex data-driven ecosystems of contemporary business organizations and develop and implement analytical solutions that leverage this data to improve organizational efficiency, market share, profitability, and other key performance parameters.

B.Tech CSE with specialization in Cyber Security is a 4 years (or 8 semesters) specialised undergraduate program that focuses on comprehensive knowledge of cyber-crime, network security, cryptography, intrusion detection and prevention systems. To safeguard an IT infrastructure, the program provides essential information on how to analyse and resolve security risks in networks and computer systems. Secure software and hardware must be designed, developed, tested, and evaluated to create rules and procedures for managing security threats in any organisation. In view of this, program also offers in depth knowledge of data structures, algorithm design and analysis, security policies, security laws, firewalls, and computer forensics.

During the course of the program, student work on the latest tools in their laboratory sessions to acquire complete knowledge of the subjects. The program B.Tech Civil Engineering with specialization in BIM is 4 years (or 8 semesters) undergraduate program to help students learning expertise in the field of building information modeling. Program will expose students to Building Information Modeling (BIM), a technology-assisted model-based project delivery approach that brings together different built environment disciplines.  BIM plays a crucial role in building documentation and students completing this course will have the skills required for jobs in BIM-related fields or to pursue BIM further in their post-graduation degree. In the labs, students will learn computer graphics, programming, 3D computer modeler, BIM software for controlling construction process, workflows and protocols.

B.Com (Hons.) a three-year undergraduate is a much sought after programme because it has application oriented -approach.
