B.Sc. (Hons.) Food Technology with Research is a 4-year program will specifically focus on importing research skills and industrial exposure to students. Industrial exposure through industrial training/visit will provide an exposure to students to have hands-on exposure to industrial practices and protocols followed. Along with technical skills required to pursue career in widespread industrial. Students with simultaneously acquire research skills through experimental learning via designing and executing protocols, data analysis and interpretation, data presentation and scientific writing.

The program includes detailed study of subjects such as Advance Food Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Technology of Cereals, Principles of Food quality, Bakery Technology, Technology of Fruits, Vegetables and Plantation Crop, Technology of Milk and Milk Products, Technology of Food Preservation, Food Microbiology and Engineering etc.

B.Tech Civil Engineering is a 4 years (8 semesters) undergraduate program designed to create engineers who can work for the society for creating space to improve their living standard, create safe and secure environment from natural and manmade disasters. Operating theatre technology training is required to become a trained professional.  An OTT, or Operation Theatre Technician, is a healthcare worker who assists in the preparation and maintenance of operating rooms and equipment. It’s a support function that entails assisting the surgical and anaesthesia teams during operations. An OTT is responsible for Assist surgeons within an operating room, maintain and prepare an operating room for operations, set up instrument trolleys for surgeries, clean and disinfect surgical equipment after surgeries, handle and transport patients to wards and recovery rooms after surgeries
