Products can be tangible,three-dimensional manufactured objects like consumer products, furniture, packaging, medical and sports equipment or they can be systems, services and interfaces.Many products are solutions to real-life problems.The Industrial Design major helps you develop key research,critical and creative thinking, design thinking, ideation, prototyping and communication skills.

Ethical practices, along with environmental and social responsibility underpin all aspects of the Industrial Design major. You work in open plan design studios and individual student work areas with wireless networking, and have access to world-class laboratories and workshops.

A Master of Laws will deepen your legal knowledge and legal research skills.

We offer a range of study options to suit your needs you can complete the Master of Laws entirely by thesis, entirely by coursework, or through a combination of coursework and research.

You explore crime and policing in New Zealand and overseas, approaches to crime prevention and punishment, restorative justice and critical issues facing the criminal justice system. In the Software Development major in the Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences you develop the skills to design and develop new and existing software solutions using common development tools.

Demand for new technology is constantly increasing. Technological solutions could lead to advances in areas as diverse as biomedicine, communications, business and entertainment. Software developers play a role in those advances. This major prepares you for these diverse and exciting roles.

You design and develop secure software and use the latest technologies including modern programing languages, operating systems, networks, distributed computing systems, databases and modelling. You also carry out quality assurance tasks.

Advance your understanding of science,or computer and mathematical sciences in as little as one year with the Postgraduate Diploma in Science.

This coursework-based qualification includes courses from the Master of Science.You can choose from a wide range of courses in science, or computer and mathematical sciences. Throughout your studies you develop advanced analytical, planning and critical thinking skills. Graduates may progress to further study in the Master of Science or Master of Science (Research).
