Media studies is an exciting discipline that will prepare you for the challenges of an information-rich society.Media studies is taught through an innovative qualification that blends theory with creative practice. Studying history gives an understanding of where we have been and how the world has changed over time. It gives an appreciation of how people have faced challenges at different times, and all with the benefit of hindsight.

The Master of Engineering Studies (Electronics and Computer Engineering) combines taught and research courses at a postgraduate level.

If you are already working, or your research experience is limited, this qualification will give you the learning you need to take your career to the next level or pursue more in-depth postgraduate research.

It will help you become an excellent electronic and computer engineer. You’ll be multi-disciplinary, have excellent practical skills and be able to design, develop and manage both software and hardware projects. You will be capable of working in a team environment to solve problems, from the device level to networks, communication systems and embedded systems.

You may not have previous international business experience but have found yourself a manager of staff working in this area. Massey’s Graduate Diploma in Arts (Creative Writing) will give you the equivalent of an undergraduate major in creative writing without completing a second bachelor’s degree. You can then apply for postgraduate study in creative writing if you wish.
