You can complete the Diploma in Arts with or without an endorsement in a subject area. Completing the diploma without endorsement lets you sample different subjects and build a qualification that reflects your own particular interests.

If you want to take an endorsement, you can choose from 25 subjects from the Bachelor of Arts degree and specialise in the one that sparks your passion.

You will learn how to become a human resources expert with an in-depth knowledge of the theory of HR. You'll also learn the strategic skills to apply that knowledge to different types of industries and organisations.

This degree is most useful if you come from a discipline outside of HRM and have found yourself working at a level where you need human resource management skills. Or if you have an undergraduate human resources qualification and want to gain more in-depth knowledge.
