This program aims to develop learners’ skills in project management and the management of information technologies. The program contents include business analysis, system analysis and design, management of information and communication technologies, advanced business analysis and an industry project.

This program builds on basic accounting knowledge and includes financial and management accounting, taxation, advanced financial and management accounting and an industry project. Graduates will develop competencies in advanced accounting concepts relating to finance, tax, financial and management accounting,and be eligible for a professional accounting designation with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

The exciting world of architecture will be unveiled for you with this program which gives you all the skills to work as an architectural technician. You’ll learn the theory of design and construction, and how to work with clients to maximise the success of building projects.

The program will take you from learning basic design principles through to conducting feasibility studies, understanding client requirements and tendering for construction projects.

The program will prepare you to work independently on small and medium scale building projects, of limited complexity, through all stages to completion. You will also be competent to work under the supervision of an experienced architectural technician, designer or architect on large or complex building projects.

You’ll be in high demand with NorthTec’s unique and comprehensive Bachelor of Nursing.Learn the clinical and interpersonal skills to work in a range of healthcare settings, from hospitals to community-based organisations.
You will complete clinical placements here in Northland, and learn through a blend of classroom and online study, preparing you to become a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of NZ.

You will be able to perform general nursing functions and also delegate to and direct Enrolled Nurses. This program will teach you the principles and techniques involved in environmental management.You’ll gain a practical and theoretical knowledge of terrestrial and marine ecosystems,flora and fauna in New Zealand and learn about sustainability,environmental issues, monitoring and conservation techniques.You’ll also get involved in the protection and restoration of local natural, rural and urban environments.
