With a focus on sustainability and innovation, this course covers a range of specialist areas and will prepare you for the changing demands within this dynamic sector. Specialise in lingerie, athleisure, swimwear, loungewear, nightwear, corsetry, menswear, sportswear or medical applications. You will develop specialist skills in conceptual design and application, pattern cutting, grading, fit methodologies, technical excellence and manufacturing. In your final year, you will choose to specialise in either an aesthetic or a technical route.

Our course is designed to equip you for roles that require a vocational aptitude in gaming technologies and tools.

You will gain industry-relevant experience in using different game engines, such as Unity3D, Unreal, CryEngine and Godot. You will develop your skills in sound engineering and cross-platform development, such as Console, Mobile, Virtual and Augmented Reality.

Study a diverse range of practical, technologies-focused topics such as Audio for Games, Progressive Game Engines and Scripting and AI for Simulation, and develop a comprehensive set of transferable skills that you can apply to the areas of games development that interest you the most. You will also have the opportunity to make a short game using an engine of your choice.

Economics explains the problem of scarcity and human behaviour that shapes the world we live in, and that businesses operate in. From standards of living to the causes of market crashes, the impact of economics plays a critical role in all our lives.

In this course you will develop proficiency in a variety of quantitative techniques as well as learn how to apply economic reasoning and tools to analyse real world problems and policy. You will also gain the analytical and critical evaluation skills to recognise how national and global issues affect the performance of a business.

You will have an opportunity to build real skills for future employability. This includes state of the art knowledge in digital software and applications, as well as core skills in writing, presenting and teamwork.

This course will challenge you to explore the diverse and novel application of textiles and push the boundaries of textile design and production. We aim to equip you with the creative skills to enter the industry with an innovative vision for the application of textile materials and the advanced technical expertise to design, construct and test garments in a specialist area.

We encourage applications from students from either design or technical backgrounds, and previous students on this course have created some of the most exciting, pioneering work by drawing on their wide-ranging areas of expertise.
