You will grow your skills across core electronic engineering disciplines, by taking modules such as Digital Signal Processing, Power Electronics and Embedded Systems. In your final semester, you will be supported by our academics and technicians with your individual project, a substantial piece of work focused on your specific research interests.

• Textile Design examines printed, constructed and mixed media in relation to fashion, interiors and lifestyle.

You will focus on building creative, technical and academic knowledge, while developing a critical and contextual understanding of wider issues facing the global fashion industry. The Graphic Design (Illustration) degree is taught in alliance with the Graphic Design degree, with module-specific teaching to develop a more personal visual language.

Graphic designers and illustrators need to be curious innovators and follow a reflective and explorative design process. They need to understand and engage audience. The Graphic Design (Illustration) course will build both your Graphic Design industry skills and develop your own personal visual style. You will be taught how to interpret briefs, identify and solve problems to create innovative design illustration solutions.

On the Graphic Design (Illustration) course you will have the opportunity to explore and experiment with an extensive range of media and craft skills, taught by expert practitioners. Working on projects that will allow your creativity and talent to thrive over all print, digital and analogue media, platforms.

Though our close relationships with industry you will be set live projects giving enabling you to have work selected and published.

It explores the underpinning technology of cyber domain and the role of linguistics, psychology and sociology in dealing with new cyber challenges.

You will study a diverse range of modules, including Cyber Threat Intelligence, Malware Analysis, and Penetration Testing and Incident Response, providing the fundamental knowledge needed to work in the sector. You will also produce a substantial piece of individual work in your third semester, with the support of your academic supervisor, investigating a topic tailored to your own area of interest.

You will be taught by recognised experts in cyber security and will develop your professional skills within the Cyber Technology Institute (CTI), with its purpose-built cyber security and forensics laboratories.

We expect graduates to find employment as cyber security specialists within law enforcement, government, commercial IT departments and security consultancies. Previous graduates have gone on to work for cyber security specialist organisations including Capgemini.
