Many of our academics are active in or have previous experience of working in planning practice, and guest lecturers provide further professional links. This also leads to opportunities for hands-on experience via participation in real-world projects and consultations.

Quantity surveyors are the cost managers of the construction industry. While studying for a recognised degree, you’ll learn how quantity surveyors organise, control and manage the costing of projects, including building economics, contracts and construction law, construction technology and project management.
