You’ll be given the chance to undertake an international volunteering placement in your second and third years. Previous students have volunteered in India, South Africa, Finland and the US, working with people from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds.

You’ll be taught in our state-of-the art science laboratories and acoustic facilities. This hands-on approach will allow greater interaction with your lecturers and will enhance your learning.

You will gain an in-depth perspective of all areas of business including strategic analysis, ethical decision-making, people management, financial analytics, marketing and risk management. Your tutors will deliver theory via lectures before you explore those ideas in smaller seminars. You will complete either a work placement or MBA Consultancy Project; either module will enable you to apply your theoretical knowledge to a real-life business issue, before collecting data and research to identify practical solutions.
