• From your second year, you’ll have the option to switch to the creative (BA) route or to remain on the more technological (BEng/MEng) path for the remainder of your studies. If you’re applying for our four-year MEng course, you’ll begin work on your master's qualification as soon as you successfully finish your undergraduate study.

Our innovative international tourism course combines theory with practice – with a focus on the latest global trends and developments in international tourism – and a career-enhancing opportunity to learn the fourth widest spoken language in the world.

You’ll study career-relevant topics that include sustainability, cultural tourism, and tourism in developing countries, gaining an insight into distinct social science perspectives. Due the conditions created by the pandemic, Middlesex University has taken the decision to postpone the taking of the period abroad (either as Summer Placements of Full Year of Study Abroad) until July 2020-21, when the situation will be reviewed.

This versatile master's degree combines cognitive and clinical approaches to neuroscience. It seeks to apply neuroscientific techniques to further your understanding of the human mind and explores the underlying mechanisms associated with disease and disorders of the nervous system. Supporting athletes to perform
During this course you’ll develop the skills needed to support athletes to perform at their peak while reducing the risk of injury. You’ll develop your understanding of biomechanical and physiological theories, as well as your psychological skills.

You’ll integrate professional practice into your studies as you complete 50 hours of placements every year. This is a crucial opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by working with athletes. The availability of placements is subject to cooperating organisations and we are working closely with our partners to ensure we have as many available as possible even during COVID-19. Due to COVID-19, the total number of placement hours required to pass the module may be altered under the guidance of the Accredited Professional Bodies or the University where applicable.

By graduation, you’ll be armed with the techniques and procedures needed to analyse and interpret human movement, physical fitness and well-being. A sports and exercise degree sets you up for a fulfilling career.

You will learn the principles of the English legal system, and gain reflection through social, political, economic, ethical and historical perspectives. You will also build a range of transferable skills, including abstract thinking and problem solving, that will allow you to prepare practically as well as academically for a successful legal career.

• After you have completed your year one modules, you will have the option to transfer to year two of the LLB, which, on completion will lead to the academic and vocational training required to become a fully qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales.
