The History with Law BA (Hons) allows you to develop advanced analytical skills highly valued by employers. You will study six historical periods, from Roman Empire Britain through to modern America, as well as broader survey courses and the study of the historical discipline itself, and its applications and practices. Through your Law minor, you will develop an understanding of the legal system and how it has changed over time, and enhance your skills of reasoning and argument.

With the Philosophy, Politics & Economics BA (PPE – Economics) at NCH, you study Economics as your major, and will study Philosophy and Politics as joint minors. Contemporary International Relations (IR) faces two main challenges: the first relates to ecological sustainability and the second to digital spaces. Both challenges pose new power shifts, influences and organisational structures in an increasingly interconnected world. These challenges are often regarded separately, however they are both uniquely complex and multifaceted.

The MSc in Digital Politics and Sustainable Development is an interdisciplinary programme, looking at how these two challenges interact and the unique approaches to tackle them. The Combined Honours Law LLB is a Qualifying Law Degree, covering all of the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority and Bar Standards Board required areas of study to permit progression onto the professional training courses for qualification as a solicitor or barrister.
